Finely prepared. The WIPFEL restaurant is nothing less than an homage to the regional cuisine of the Black Forest. An eventful day along clear brooks and beautiful trails through dark forests and quiet valleys does not end at the restaurant door. Delicious dishes capture the beauty of the region here. Old recipes that have been passed down for generations are our way to bow before the favourite dishes that you simply must try here. We also refine regional classics by using high quality ingredients.
Take a seat and enjoy a flavoursome journey through the Black Forest. We welcome you to our establishment with our own fir honey butter and seasoned house bread and are always happy to provide recommendations. After all, the range of choices should not lead to agony but rather to pleasurable delight. Perhaps you would like to start your meal with a suckling pig carpaccio with homemade radish dressing and then choose a nougat truffle tartlet with raspberry edelweiss sorbet as dessert. Our menu offers a lot of delicious things bursting with tradition for between those two.
The set meals are our kitchen’s calling card. A flavoursome experience that is determined both seasonally and regionally, and can gladly be ordered with a wine pairing. To match this, we also offer a second, purely vegetarian meal, without meat, but very tasty.
